Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
Coordinate and support the organization of webinars, virtual events, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and engagement with potential clients.
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (PPC), email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive leads to events and beyond.
Work closely with the sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. Ensure that marketing campaigns support the sales pipeline and drive customer success.
Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns, nurturing leads through automated workflows, email sequences, and social media initiatives. Manage the inbound marketing funnel from lead capture to conversion.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics. Regularly report on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Help maintain and evolve the Origin 63 brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media, email communications, and advertising campaigns.
Oversee content strategy for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts. Work with internal teams or external partners to create high-quality, valuable content that resonates with our audience.
Leverage HubSpot to design and implement marketing automation workflows that drive engagement, nurture leads, and track customer interactions. Ensure that HubSpot is utilized effectively across campaigns.

Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, paid search (PPC), email, social media, and content marketing.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Experience analyzing marketing data and using metrics to guide decision-making and improve marketing performance.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
