Responsibilities
Develop the annual and strategic marketing plans, leading cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and global marketing to create innovative ideas and programs that promote assigned brands.
Provide strategic direction and collaborate across departments to bring marketing plans to life through effective programs, tactics, and creative initiatives.
Lead new product launches from concept to execution.
Support the sales team with training and resources for marketing initiatives as needed.
Autonomously maximize platform and product line potential, meeting or exceeding market share and customer engagement goals with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with external partners to expand reach and connect with target patient groups effectively.
Partner with the Event Manager to ensure impactful messaging on key products through resources and conference activities.
Measure and monitor performance against plans, assessing program effectiveness.
Leverage secondary data sources to evaluate industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable marketing requirements.
Work with cross functional teams to analyze performance of brand and competitors and take necessary actions where needed.
Oversee agency relationships, ensuring the creation and management of strategic sales materials and clinical programs that promote and educate on our products.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (BS) required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in metabolic nutrition sales, brand management, or medical marketing within pharmaceuticals or consumer goods.
In-depth understanding of current market trends, medical practices, and nutrition industry standards.
Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for translating market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
Strategic agility, proven ability to make complex decisions, dealing with ambiguity, ability to influence senior management on strategic decisions based on actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-starter with a focus on results and a high degree of independence.
Exceptional presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior management.
Customer-focused, skilled at building and nurturing collaborative relationships across teams, with a proven ability to work effectively across functional areas.
