Responsibilities
Lead development of marketing strategy through deep qualitative and quantitative research
Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
Conduct meetings regularly with the team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard
Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
Stay up to date on the product, market, competitors, and other noteworthy trends

Required
Successful track record in senior marketing role with a technical product
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, events, and product marketing
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
In depth experience pulling, manipulating, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to build a comprehensive strategy
Experience creating tracking tools and KPIs to monitor success
Experience shortening lead times and sales cycles
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with campaign, content management, and other marketing software
Experience in B2B software
Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education
