Responsibilities

Manage team that publishes, experiments, and personalizes web experiences across various system platforms.

Execute go-to-market web experiences using content management and personalization platforms.

Track content lifecycle in-product, including upsells, customer notifications, etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations peers, and validate authoring and experimentation execution.

Collaborate with XD resources to improve design and production lifecycle process.

Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability.

Identify and problem-solve roadblocks and functional requirements for successful task completion.

Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and key stakeholders to accurately size project requests.

Manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment.

Required

5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging.

Skilled in CSS, HTML and Javascript and creating UI experiences from Figma.

Expert in JIRA as an administrator and familiarity with Smartsheets.

Deep expertise and knowledge of Agile software development methodology.

Excellent communication skills, confident with management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail.

Experienced with multiple channels including Paid Search, SEO, and Mobile platforms including web properties and other factors that impact web conversions.
