Responsibilities
Partnering with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to define and execute email strategies, ensuring alignment with consumer-focused messaging and creative branding.
Collaborating with Integrated Marketing Campaign teams to develop compelling creative assets and brand-aligned messaging. Coordinating with GTM partners to review and approve copy.
Leveraging Figma to finalize the visual design of email templates, working closely with design teams to deliver polished, brand-consistent emails.
Ensuring timely execution and delivery of email campaigns, coordinating with key stakeholders, including legal, privacy, and brand teams, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. Preparing executive summaries and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to assess the impact of campaigns and provide actionable insights for the customer journey.
Develop a welcome email and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30) for the SSO segment.
Create unique welcomes for subscribers vs. non-subscribers.
Develop a second welcome email and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30).
Optimize the first welcome email based on the Journey Lead’s learning plan.
Optimize and rebuild welcome emails and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30).
Develop a strategy to determine which products deserve a welcome email and when other nurturing email programs (e.g., product launches) are more appropriate.
Support all Paid email program efforts as directed by the Journey Lead.
Execute learning plan developed by journey lead as well as perform ongoing optimization
Create monthly summary slides for the journey leads around campaigns performance including reach, opens, clicks and GA’s
Maintain walking-deck and all-up campaign summary tracker of all campaigns for the fiscal including reach, CTR, and GA’s.
Reviewing each campaign for completeness, adherence to objectives, and projected impact
Coordinating approval process for each of the campaigns (Privacy, Legal, Brand and key stakeholders)?
Coordinate with TCS on the creation of the campaigns as well as final approval prior to launch?
Basic analytics for campaign performance (delivered, open and CTR, GA).

Required
No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
9+ overall years of experience in the field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience with Creating and deploying Email marketing strategy and campaigns to consumers.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Figma.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with marketing for large enterprise companies.
The ideal resume would contain significant experience with consumer and email marketing.
The best candidate is detail oriented, excellent at prioritization, and a self-starter.
Preferred
Previous Microsoft experience and prior experience with Microsoft internal tools is highly preferred.
A portfolio with samples of previous work would be nice to see but. The best portfolio would include examples of consumer marketing email campaigns and newsletters.
