Responsibilities
Prospecting, tracking, and reporting of business leads (Deltek Vantagepoint)
Researching potential pursuits and leads
Tracking and maintaining pre-qualifications, IDIQs, registrations
Working on qualifications, proposals, and presentations with Principals and senior staff
Coordinating and managing consultants during the pursuit process
Preparing tailored marketing materials for new clients or work
Managing the firm's CRM System for pursuits and new business
Researching, designing, writing, and producing marketing materials aligned with the firm's brand
Updating corporate collateral such as resumes and brochures
Managing proposals from beginning to end with little oversight

Required
Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, architecture, or an equivalent level of experience
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an AEC marketing position
Experience in an Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm is required
Applicants should be proficient in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel as well as have an understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset
The candidate must be able to manage a proposal from beginning to end with little oversight
Preferred
Fluency in spoken and written forms of Spanish language (not mandatory)
Business writing skills
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of architectural and graphic design
In-depth knowledge of the local and global architectural industry
