Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, etc.). Develop campaign timelines, create content, track performance, and optimize based on results. Ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Oversee and improve marketing processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition strategies, CRM management, and reporting. Use data to monitor the performance of campaigns, track KPIs, and ensure effective resource allocation.
Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person marketing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, conferences). Ensure seamless logistics, promotional materials, and engagement tactics to maximize event impact and ROI.
Support lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and lead nurturing strategies.
Use marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track performance, identify trends, and report on key metrics. Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results and operational efficiency.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business needs. Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing activities.
Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across channels and campaigns. Monitor spend to maximize ROI and deliver on key business objectives.

Required
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both strategic and tactical aspects (e.g., campaign management, event planning, digital marketing). Startup or fast-paced environment experience is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized. Comfort with juggling different tasks—from campaign execution to event planning and operational support.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, lead generation, and branding. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to work with different teams and convey ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset and experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM tools, and project management software (Jira).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. A proactive attitude and a hands-on approach are essential.
Preferred
Experience in the automotive, logistics, or tech industry.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Event management experience, including virtual event platforms.
