Responsibilities

Developing high-impact content and collateral
Build Lead Lists - Identify customers matching Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and create lists with contact info for outbound targeting using tools like LinkedIn, RocketReach, and district websites.
Cold Outreach - Write and send highly targeted cold emails to prospects and collaborate with team members to scale your efforts.
Website - Co-manage our website content and copy, including updating with latest messaging and positioning.
Social Media - Create and post content regularly, but also develop and execute a broader plan to grow our following.
Webinars - Organize webinar series with speakers, build and execute campaigns to ensure registrations, share recording with mailing lists.
Content - Write and/or repurpose content for our blog, social media, and nurture emails.
Conferences - Manage our event calendar, event sponsorships, booth setup, and coordinate attendance and post-event follow-ups.
Sales Enablement - Answer questions from sales team, provide collateral and materials.

Required
4–8 years in marketing, with exposure to multiple functions (e.g., product marketing, content creation, demand generation, communications, design, events, advertising, and social media), and strong expertise in the areas of demand-gen and digital marketing preferred.
You should have examples of campaigns you have come up with, the creative you’ve built and trafficked, as well as the results and learnings.
You have managed event participation from securing sponsorships, pre-event outreach, onsite booth management and lead-gen, and post-event follow-up and measurement.
Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes effectively.
You are somewhat of a Swiss Army Knife in that you can plan campaigns, manage projects, write copy, handle some design work, build and present reports, and represent the company publicly.
Comfort with ambiguity, working independently in a dynamic environment, and juggling competing priorities with ease.
Experience with the tools we use like HubSpot, Canva, and Asana, to name a few.
Ability to travel domestically a few times per quarter for events and team gatherings. Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport (e.g. SFO, OAK, BOS).
Preferred
Familiarity with the education and/or edtech space is a nice-to-have.
