Responsibilities

Ongoing management and strategy of social media content, cross platform marketing opportunities, segmentation, and managing the marketing contractors below this role.
Strategically planning sales calendars and the to-do lists to make them happen with between one and three live launches per month, with evergreen sales and campaigns being stacked on top.
Managing evergreen ads ranging in free courses, podcasts, micro products, and live/evergreen webinars.
Strategically planning the communication plan for all campaigns.
Pulling data & collaborating to ensure we are constantly improving.
Create strategy, positioning, and angle for every campaign.
Creating high-level strategic briefs for contractors and subcontractors while helping oversee all ongoing management of campaigns.
Writing & strategizing new Manychat campaigns while optimizing all data inside the platform.
Creating segmented sales for growth within each SKU and each avatar.
Creating & managing funnels.
End-to-end management of landing page creation, copywriting, and minor graphic creation.
Ongoing management and delegation to your support team of copywriters, content creators, UGC creators, and operations.
Optimizing previously ran funnels for higher conversions.
Creating a strategic ecosystem of free education.
Writing & optimizing landing pages.
Keeping a pulse on the student journey and making sure it’s as smooth as possible.
Building out and managing the post-purchase student journey to help BLE as a brand grow, and continue to show leads what’s possible. This looks like having an extremely close POV to all students who join, who finds success, how we can position them on podcast and in marketing, and then how they can become more successful as an affiliate partner.
Work closely with our Affiliate students, brand sponsors, and internal team to ensure and execute on bigger, and better campaigns than we’ve ever done.
Collaborating with the team to get new assets (student interviews, podcast, etc) for marketing purposes.
Finding bottlenecks and creating new opportunities.
Weekly/Biweekly optimizing all funnels, outbound initiatives, etc.
Tweaking copy, messaging, design, layouts, etc.
Pulling data for informed decisions.
Management of market research studies.
Managing the weekly newsletter, pulling data, and optimizing.
Managing social team and creating/managing KPI’s.
Creating a holistic approach across all channels/comms for BLE.

Required

3-5 years of agency or comparable personal brand work selling an infoproduct at scale.
Experience with 7-figure launches and large teams including but not limited to setters, closers, advertising agencies, and affiliates.
Experience managing a team of 3-5 subcontractors, hiring when needed, and being extremely quick to jump on new and emerging opportunities.
Open to Feedback: Receptiveness to constructive criticism and feedback for personal and professional growth. Demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback into performance improvement efforts.
Proactivity: We’re looking for someone who is hungry for opportunity and wants to build something bigger than life. Proficiency in data analysis to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Flexibility to navigate changing circumstances and adapt strategies as needed to respond to evolving market conditions or organizational requirements.
Thoroughness and precision in overseeing operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Ability to address conflicts and disputes effectively, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.

Preferred

USA/Canada based with West Coast (PST) time zone preferred.
Bonus (but Not Required): Experience spending over $5M on Meta and or Google advertising networks.
