Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral, websites, and company assets. Ensure all content aligns with our aesthetic and organizational standards, enhancing our brand identity. Assist with the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications to enhance our reputation as a premier wedding destination.
Oversee outside vendors and consultants with providing clear directives and track deadlines/progress. Create calendar of achievable deliverables and provide updates to Leadership team.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, and Google), email marketing, and website optimization, to attract and engage potential clients. Website and photo management across three sites for Beets Hospitality Group, Casa Real, and Palm Event Center.
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for wedding and corporate events, coordinating with our sales and events teams to maximize conversion rates and upselling opportunities. Plan and manage our annual marketing calendar, focusing on both traditional and digital strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Drive efforts in lead generation through targeted advertising, strategic and innovative community partnerships, SEO optimization, and effective use of third-party sites (such as The Knot, Wedding Wire, Here Comes the Guide) with a focus on attracting high-quality leads within our target wedding and corporate markets. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales strategies.
Monitor marketing performance to refine strategies and increase ROI. Implement a dashboard to track lead traffic and campaign effectiveness. Track marketing trends within the wedding and corporate markets to stay relevant in the industry.

Required
5+ years work experience in marketing or related field with a proven track record.
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to spearhead projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality, events, or related industry.
Strong project management, organizational skills and process management. Ability to project manage outside vendors and consultants.
Proficient with Adobe products and Google Suite.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Preferred
Previous experience copy-editing desired.
