Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of marketing plans for product launches, campaigns, and evergreen opportunities.

Collaborate with global brand marketing for strategy execution and manage various marketing functions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for marketing-specific activities like product launches and events.

Manage relationships with agencies and partners, explore new partnerships, and drive business growth.

Oversee amenity program, drive POSM forecasting process, and ensure brand visibility consistency.

Required

5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the prestige fragrance and beauty industry.

Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends

Omnichannel focus and orientation in approach to business priorities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to multi-task

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Exceptional organization and project management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
