Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Lead strategic client meetings and presentations, communicating complex marketing insights in an accessible manner.
Monitor client performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and client retention.
Oversee marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet client expectations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Drive new business development through thought leadership, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Act as an ambassador for the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with agency goals and client objectives.
Identify new opportunities for growth, service offerings, and client acquisition.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Required
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong track record.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email, social media, and analytics.
Experience in an agency setting, with a deep understanding of client management and service-oriented delivery.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing a marketing team and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or experience in the field.
