Responsibilities
Lead the development of marketing plans while working closely with management
Develop and implement marketing plans, including social media calendars and other marketing projects
Overseeing social media strategy and content marketing
Oversee the operation of the company’s website, email marketing, and other digital programs
Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required
Thorough understanding of market development, strategies, and best practices
Comprehensive social media capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Demonstrated experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Proficiency with MS Office applications, HTML, content management systems, and design software
Preferred
