Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain a portfolio of marketing and sales enablement materials.

Collaborate with investment professionals and advisor teams to ensure materials reflect current offerings and address content gaps.

Draft detailed creative briefs to guide the Creative team.

Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Lead brainstorming sessions, solve problems, and report on project progress.

Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements through Compliance and Legal reviews.

Leverage tools like Seismic to organize, distribute, and track marketing assets.

Proofread and edit materials for accuracy, grammar, and overall quality.

Foster communication and alignment among stakeholders by keeping all parties informed.
