Responsibilities

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to differentiate each office locally and support the growth of each local business line.

Lead local office staff to achieve established objectives, emphasizing proactive behavior and process improvement.

Develop innovative ways to present Cresa in the marketplace and differentiate throughout the business development cycle.

Implement a process to ensure appropriate prioritization of marketing and research projects, production, and operation.

Establish trust-based working relationships with all Cresa local leaders and national influencers.

Manage the RFP and new business pitch/presentation process for major pursuits.

Develop and execute proactive public relations, social media, and events plans.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal team on public relations, social media, and events.

Required

A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or a related professional services organization.

Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional writing ability and basic graphic design skills as well as the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

Proven experience leading, managing and collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Technical literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat) and knowledge of marketing best practices and tools

Excellent communication, creative, project management, research, and organizational skills

Understanding of and commitment to superior client service (internally and externally)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding work loads

Must possess a BA in marketing, communications, journalism or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related professional services industry.
