Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness
Plan, organize, guide, and control omnichannel campaigns and projects
Manage production of marketing materials, ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines
Create reports on campaign performance and industry trends, offering optimization insights
Monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Other duties as required

Required
7+ years of experience at an agency or corporate marketing department
3+ years of experience at a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Site Management Organization
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
Proven experience with digital marketing functions such as SEO/SEM/PPC, social media advertising and email marketing
Proficiency in website management platforms, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent project management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
