Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to increase dominance in current and potential markets.
Perform customer, competitive, and market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation and differentiation.
Ensure adoption of marketing operations best practices and monitoring of key metrics.
Leverage back-to-base marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with customers.
Provide marketing thought leadership and act as a strategic marketing partner.
Oversee brand management for the Company and all products.
Create product marketing plans and execute product launches.
Develop collateral materials, including design and production.
Oversee electronic marketing efforts, including responsibility for website strategies, design, and tools.
Partner with the sales team and other internal departments to improve lead generation.
Responsible for tradeshow branding, planning, and logistics.

Required
Experience in all marketing venues, including all digital media and copywriting.
Experience in digital and inbound marketing.
Experience in automating inbound lead generation and lifecycle nurture within HubSpot.
Critical thinking, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize information from numerous sources to create innovative strategies.
Experience in leading and managing the creative direction of the brand.
Ability to quickly learn our product, customer needs, and competitive markets.
Experience measuring/ analyzing sales and marketing efforts to evaluate the effect on sales and retention.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Superior communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals across all organization and client levels.
Strong interpersonal, partnership, and collaboration skills.
Experience in managing marketing budgets.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required, graduate degree a plus. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and iconography
Extremely detailed-oriented
Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Strong proofing and editing skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Word (template development)
Proficiency with the HubSpot Marketing suite
