Responsibilities
Investigate assumptions, explore new opportunities, challenge established programs, and provide observations on revenue and engagement.
Help define promotional strategy, leveraging product knowledge, audience insights, and ecosystem understanding.
Execute promotional programs across marketing channels and endpoints.
Optimize programs for revenue, engagement, and retention, using feedback and data to create the best consumer programs.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver assets and facilitate efficient processes.
Evaluate program performance based on key performance indicators and drive improvements as needed.
Present programs to internal stakeholders and contribute to GTM plans.

Required
6-10 years of experience in consumer entertainment/games marketing, sales, or retail.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Experience in the gaming industry.
Experience working in a large corporation.
