Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of indie games across various genres, and in various stages of the development/release workflow.
Act as the primary marketing contact with indie game developers, providing support and guidance as well as timely coordination of assets and requests.
Develop pre- and post-release marketing strategies for each title, taking into account the USP and audiences for each.
Coordinate the release schedules for games across multiple platforms, including PC, mobile, and consoles.
Collaborate with Developers, DevOps, QA, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure release marketing plans are appropriately aligned.
Work closely with Creative to ensure marketing assets are effective and meet brand guidelines.
Align marketing efforts across multiple verticals, including influencer marketing, paid advertising, events / showcases / expos, and PR / media outreach.
Stay informed of industry trends and insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
Prepare performance reports and provide timely recommendations for campaign improvements.
Monitor wishlist/sales performance, impressions/visits, engagement, and other KPIs to inform marketing strategy, and ensure consistent growth across the portfolio.

Required

1-3 years of experience in video game project management, or project management experience in a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to confidently self-manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to procure materials in a timely manner from multiple internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented and routinely asks, 'how can we improve our performance?'
Curious and stays up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Comfortable using project management software (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc) and owning coordination of tasks across multiple stakeholders.

Enthusiastic about video games and passionate about supporting indie developers.
Thrives in a small team of equally passionate and motivated marketers.
