Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director, Marketing to craft clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging.
Ensure that the product's value proposition resonates with target customer segments.
Develop marketing campaigns that drive leads and product interest.
Develop campaign strategies and messaging to ensure alignment with product positioning.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data to refine marketing strategies.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Develop product-related content, including website, ad content, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing shared services teams to produce engaging and informative product marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the product’s positioning and key messages.
Assist in the execution of product launch plans, ensuring that all materials and communications are delivered on time.
Coordinate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure internal alignment on launch goals and timelines.
Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback on customer needs and market challenges.
Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and project management, ideally in K12 education.
A deep understanding of educational environments, allowing you to craft messages that resonate with educators and their preferred ways of receiving information.
Experience collaborating with key stakeholders and external agencies to implement a data-driven approach for optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and tailor messaging to meet their specific needs.
