Responsibilities
Regularly create content for email, webinars, social media, ads, case studies, sales enablement, etc. that is on-brand and maps to customer segments and the marketing and sales funnel.
Drive SEO and SEM efforts to optimize online visibility.
Optimize web content for SEO and manage updates to the website using CMS tools.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email, landing page, and ad performance.
Own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, event marketing, paid advertising, and more.
Collaborate on ABM initiatives, supporting personalized outreach for key accounts.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.
Work with internal and external resources to ensure alignment and timely project completion.
Develop and maintain the marketing calendar to organize and prioritize content delivery.
Use tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Generate and distribute meaningful reports of KPIs to the executive team and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on SaaS market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Provide insights to support the development of positioning and messaging strategies.

Required
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including segmentation, workflow creation, campaign management, and reporting.
Experience managing and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and project management skills.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demand gen experience with proven success driving growth.
