Responsibilities

Promote initiatives and projects such as the NYU Ecosystem Hub, NSF Advance Project, and others led by Professor Elisa Riedo.

Organize and manage events and initiatives related to the projects, ensuring smooth execution and gathering feedback for improvement.

Facilitate internal and external communications, assist Directors with outreach, and prepare promotional materials.

Promote initiatives and marketing events across various platforms, create engaging content for social media, and manage website content.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years Proven experience in project management, event planning, and communications, managing budgets, supervision or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using event management and communication platforms (Eventbrite, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
