Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Contribute to content creation and optimization
Implement email marketing campaigns and lifecycle strategies
Collaborate with product team to align marketing efforts
Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
Manage CRM automations and workflows
Develop, execute, and monitor effective cross channel marketing campaigns
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize customer acquisition, conversion and retention metrics.
Analyze daily performance and optimize spend based on results to maximize ROI.
Forecast and manage KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and more.

Required
5-7 years marketing experience
2-3 Experience in the real estate industry
Strong digital marketing experience including social media, email marketing, influencers, and display
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Experience working in a fast pace, growing environment
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and comfort with web based competitive intelligence tools
