Responsibilities
Develop and optimize top of the funnel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase demand for our solutions.
Work collaboratively with peers to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, and email marketing.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies.
Research and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
Manage campaign calendar to ensure alignment with internal and external activities (e.g, events, launches, buying seasons).
Create compelling and targeted messaging and content to resonate with the intended audience.
Support the sales development resource team, keeping content fresh, topical and lead-generating.

Required
Strong writing skills and ability to write short and long-form content.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Adaptable to changing priorities and strategies quickly when needed.
History of driving projects to completion with minimal supervisor and direction.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
Experience working in healthcare, wellness or benefits markets a plus.
