Responsibilities
Work closely with Directors of Communications and Communications Manager to support property marketing plans and global initiatives.
Govern annual plans and marcoms investments to track against business and brand goals.
Collaborate with the coms manager to manage marketing and communication activities, analyze KPIs, and provide guidance for growth.
Build strong relationships with property marketing teams, provide brand guidance, and ensure adherence to global brand cadence.
Support in cascading brand campaigns and toolkits to properties, oversee regional content development governance, and manage preopening plans.
Oversee internal content management system, marketing database, and agency relationships.
Manage budget accounting tasks, contribute to brand integrity maintenance, and act as a Brand Ambassador.
Model the company's culture, vision, mission, and core values.
Travel to hotel or business locations as needed.

Required
A minimum of 5 years previous experience in luxury and lifestyle marketing and communications.
Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Works well under pressure.
Fluent native speaker including verbal and written English.
Meticulous at organization and good at writing and communicating.
