Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Develop and operationalize marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, member engagement, demand, and engagement across all businesses.
Campaign Management: Lead the full circle execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to execution to performance analysis.
Data-driven Decision-making: Collaborate with the Digital marketing Strategist to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies to improve results.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of account managers and a digital strategist, fostering professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of their responsibilities.
Collaboration: Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Content: Collaborate with the Manager, Creative Services, and Supervisor, Digital Marketing to ensure the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze member needs, and track competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Digital marketing Strategist to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and tactics to improve results.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities follow healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
Annual Marketing Calendar: Manage the development of an annual marketing calendar that aligns with the Medicare Advantage annual cycle, including AEP.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on strategy within the healthcare industry.
3 or more years of experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Experience managing successful growth or demand gen marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience with paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, and lead management.
