Responsibilities
Developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, influencer, content, and partner marketing, to promote Tabletop Vacations, Inc. and its events.
Building a comprehensive funnel for digital channels to promote the brand, drive traffic, and increase conversions with measurable results.
Creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
Managing the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
Tracking the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics and data-driven insights.
Overseeing the development of content from the company's existing repository of media into highly engaging content for digital channels.
Producing new content, including written blog posts, video content, and social media posts.
Managing the company's blog and ensuring a steady stream of fresh, relevant content.
Developing and executing content marketing campaigns.
Overseeing and refining the website to refine and improve it’s role in lead capture and ticket sales.
A/B testing pages in purchase flow to reduce bounce rate.
Improving website performance in SEO.
Curating and maintaining a AAA purchase experience.
Developing and executing brand campaigns across all relevant channels.
Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Working with the creative team to develop visual assets that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
Developing relationships with influencers and stakeholders in order to increase brand visibility and reach among the target audience.
Developing and implementing individual influencer marketing strategies for the 50+ influencers the company works with.
Building relationships with influencers and stakeholders to discover co-branding and mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
Managing influencer partnerships and tracking their effectiveness.
Building relationships with content channels like podcasts and livestreams to increase brand awareness.
Developing co-marketing partnerships with other brands in the travel, tourism, hospitality, and hobbyist industries.
Tracking the effectiveness of partnerships and making recommendations for future collaborations.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in marketing with 2 or more years developing scalable marketing systems across digital and traditional channels.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Or equivalent OTJ experience.
Experience managing teams or contractors.
Proven track record of driving growth and increasing ROI through marketing campaigns.
A passion for marketing and a proven track record of success in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Any sales/BD experience.
Experience in content production and creative direction for video, image, and graphics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and partner brands.
A strong understanding of brands with vocal community and culture.
Preferred
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality is a plus.
No experience in the tabletop gaming industry required, familiarity with this hobby space a plus.
