Responsibilities
Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives, define target audiences, and position the brand effectively.
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, and track their performance against company goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, brand-consistent content for various platforms.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels and marketing materials.
Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, making data-driven improvements, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Organize and promote events, trade shows, and webinars to boost brand visibility and engage audiences.

Required
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
A solid background of three to five years in B2B or Recruitment Marketing.
Advanced creative and technical content authoring skills.
Intrinsic motivation with a thirst for learning and growth.
To enjoy learning about a variety of businesses and services.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
A collaborative spirit and can work well in small teams or go solo if the need arises.
Preferred
Experience with Recruitment Marketing.
Prior work experience in Media, Publishing, Recruiting, and Franchise industries.
