Responsibilities
Performs a lead role in managing proposal activities as required, writing proposal sections and general marketing correspondence.
Participates in capture planning strategy sessions and assists with client and market-focused research activities.
Collaborates with technical teams on pre-interview planning and presentation rehearsal.
Coordinates, schedules, and distributes exhibition materials for regional and local conventions.
Maintains graphic standards, quality, accuracy, and consistency for brand identity.
Tracks leads and follows up with team members on sales contacts.
Supervises and mentors junior marketing team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree is required with a focus in marketing, communications, English, or journalism preferred.
Seven (7+) years of experience in marketing or communications within the A/E/C industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Must be confident, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
Think creatively and strategically.
Successfully mentor and complete work in a team-based environment.
Balance priorities and utilize excellent judgment in the pursuit of the work.
Superior organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign experience are required.
