Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies including: overall branding, project strategy and timelines working across production, streaming, advertising, radio, digital, publicity, retail, touring, tour marketing, licensing, and B2B partnerships

Identify and create unique points-of-entry, tentpole events and convergence points for single, EP and album releases

Work across departments, with artists, and artist teams to find new fans, engage existing fans, build artist communities and grow audience

Be the primary liaison between artists and managers to ensure both label and artist goals and timelines are fully in sync: ticketing, touring, song/album releases, radio campaigns, press hits, etc.

Forecast, allocate, and track budgets for campaigns from start to finish to ensure campaigns stay on-budget

Establish marketing partnerships to support releases

Help guide and execute artist branding, creative materials, and original content specific to each campaign

Understand and analyze the constant flow of data across streaming, social media, overall consumption to effectively adjust marketing strategies as necessary
