Responsibilities

Partner with Global NDDC, Digital Operations, Product/Technology teams, and vendors to track and roll out capabilities.

Develop and communicate go-to-market plans to different territories.

Work closely with Global, Geo, and Territory teams to manage Flagship and Owned Platforms (e.g., SEO initiatives, in-season business adjustments, and Membership tracking).

Provide SEO support by aligning territory-specific strategies with global best practices.

Collaborate with Global/Geo/Territory teams to optimize and manage Digital Partner operations (Third-Party Platforms - 3PP).

Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing business and operational processes, including Airtable workflows.

Interpret complex data reports, simplify insights, and communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Required

5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce operations.

Comfortable managing complexity and non-linear projects.

Strong prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Proficiency with Airtable for process optimization and management.

Analytical ability to interpret and explain data reports clearly.

Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with stakeholders whose first language may not be English.

Preferred

Experience with Jira for project management.

Familiarity with SEO, including defining territory-specific keywords and implementing best practices.

Experience working with diverse teams across multiple time zones and territories.

Flexibility to participate in calls with APLA teams during 4-7 PM PST.
