Responsibilities

Assist the Head of ICD Marketing in managing the marketing team and ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.

Oversee marketing processes, including technologies and automations.

Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize the tech stack.

Use data and analytics to understand customer needs and inform marketing strategies.

Define and validate target audiences, product positioning, and go-to-market channels.

Partner with marketing, communications, and sales teams to create engaging product marketing materials (emails, blogs, campaigns, presentations).

Manage operations with strategic partners and influencers.

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Maintain detailed expenditure records and track spending throughout the year.

Represent and promote ICD’s brand as a trusted investment technology provider.

Collaborate with sales, management, marketing team, and partners.

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required

Delivers against goals and has fun doing it.

3-5 years experience in a similar role.

Outstanding project manager, communicator, creative and critical thinker and problem solver

A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to teamwork

Experience with marketing automation and analytics software

Preferred

Experience in the Financial Technology or Financial Services industry a plus
