Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid media. Assist in content creation, from drafting copy to coordinating design and ensuring consistent branding.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences. Oversee content calendars, manage approvals, and ensure timely publication.
Manage CRM databases, automate workflows, and maintain data hygiene. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize for improved engagement and conversion.
Track and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Assist in streamlining marketing and sales processes, ensuring alignment between revenue operations. Help maintain and optimize technology stacks, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Required
5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize work. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com or Notion a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Ability to set up and optimize workflows and integrations.
A solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media. Experience with B2B and/or startup marketing is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, data visualization software, or BI tools.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Comfortable learning and using new tools and technology to drive efficiencies. Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner to all levels of executives.
