Responsibilities

Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials.

Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended before finalizing each motion.

Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team.

Provide stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone to market.

Required

Interest in marketing operations or demand generation orchestration for a high-growth B2B technology company.

Basic understanding of database capabilities such as data management, collection processes, and reporting outputs.

Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with design, marketing, and other cross-functional departments.

Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output.

Equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
