Responsibilities
Utilize your HubSpot background to support the marketing team, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimization.
Oversee marketing projects using Monday.com, ensuring timelines are met and teams are aligned.
Lead analytics efforts, generate insights, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization, ensuring best practices are followed for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Provide analytics support for the BDR function, including performance tracking and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
Manage and support our current campaign operations contractor to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all campaigns.
Help prepare for the upcoming year by analyzing current operations, recommending improvements, and ensuring readiness for future campaigns.
You’ll have access to ChatGPT Teams and Microsoft Co-pilot (and features available in HubSpot and other martech) to support your use of AI to optimize and improve operations.

Required
Strong background in HubSpot, particularly with campaign management, reporting, and automation.
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to dive into data and extract actionable insights to guide marketing and sales teams.
Demonstrated success in running marketing campaigns from setup to optimization, with a focus on performance.
Strong ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in marketing operations.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different functions and levels within the organization.
Ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact with minimal oversight.
Able to direct and manage a campaign operations specialist.
