Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional business owners to identify opportunities for system improvements that enhance pipeline growth and operational efficiency.
Provide support for processes related to reporting, creating documentation, user training, and data cleanups.
Manage the lead routing engine to ensure a smooth flow of qualified leads to sales teams and optimize lead distribution models.
Optimize the current technology stack and evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies.

Required
2+ years of experience with LeanData. Certifications preferred.
2+ years of experience with Salesforce in an administrative role. Certifications preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar operational functions (e.g., Sales Ops, Business Ops).
Extensive understanding of Salesforce's architecture (e.g., page layouts, roles/profile permissions, queues, workflows, etc.)
Experience optimizing operational processes in Marketing or Sales apps (e.g., Marketo, Drift, Outreach.io, LeanData, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high standards for project delivery
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of proven experience
Preferred
Experience managing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow) is highly desired
