Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain efficient project management workflows to support seamless collaboration and campaign delivery.
Optimize and manage tools such as Asana, Basecamp, and Microsoft Teams Suite to enhance communication and project tracking across the team.
Serve as the point person for project prioritization, resource allocation, and deadline tracking.
Share responsibilities with IT for the administration, implementation, integration, and performance of marketing technologies, ensuring alignment with the marketing needs.
Assist in budget tracking, allocation and reporting.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, contractors and agencies.
Train marketing team members in the effective use of technology and tools.
Support and develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Support change management efforts related to process and systems improvements.
Foster strong communication and collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments.
Lead project managers and support project management functions with continuous improvements, training and best practices.
Participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.
Initiate and follow-through with in-the-moment and problem-solving conversations, performance management and progressive discipline as needed.
Perform other duties as required.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in marketing, project management, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably brand-side, retail industry or agency environment.
Proven track record of implementing systems and processes that drive operational excellence.
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, and Microsoft Teams Suite.
Strong understanding of marketing technology administration and integration.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communications skills to clearly align cross-functional teams.
Absolute ability to maintain confidentiality.
Current OR or WA driver’s license required.
Must have access to reliable transportation and maintain a driving record that is compatible with company standards.
