Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define, produce, and analyze KPIs.

Operationalize existing Salesforce, Hubspot, and google sheets reporting and work with business intelligence team to translate into the BI tool (Tableau).

Manage marketing data to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams to establish an ongoing audit and enrichment processes.

Monitor conversion and engagement metrics to continuously improve effectiveness of customer marketing and sales efforts.

Create and maintain documentation of reporting resources. Provide training to new team members and ongoing training for new resources.

Collaborate with business development function to ensure appropriate visibility into performance.

Required

3-5 years experience in an analyst or operations role - preferably in B2B SaaS.

High proficiency in excel or google sheets.

Experience extracting, normalizing, and organizing data from disparate sources.

Excellent time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders and interdepartmental dependencies.

Organizational skills: Management of dependencies across multiple stakeholders and technologies each with unique requirements.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment to meet the changing needs of customers and the business.

Interest in new tools and technology: You appreciate that technology can improve efficiency and output and are eager to learn/experiment with tools at your disposal.

Experience with CRM technology Salesforce and HubSpot.
