Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business by understanding KPIs, developing plans, and taking corrective actions when needed.
Craft narratives on business results and trends, including reporting and analysis.
Provide performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Understand business performance for key activities like marketing campaigns and product launches.
Identify opportunities to accelerate performance and drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
Analyze trends of KPIs, financial metrics, and campaign performance to identify variances and causes.
Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly to stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Utilize data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL for insights and decision-making.

Required
5-7 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives. Product marketing experience desired, but not required. Will consider equivalent roles in marketing, consulting, product analytics, financial planning & analysis, corporate strategy and sales
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to influence and shape strategic conversations with data to senior leaders
Experience analyzing the trends of KPIs, especially relating to financial metrics and campaign performance, as well as, identifying the cause of any unexpected variance. Experience with financial projections and/or operating forecasts
Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels. Ability to simplify stories with data, and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders
Comfortable analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights; experience with quantitative data analysis
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points
High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
Proficiency with Google docs, Excel, Tableau, A/B testing, SQL and other data analysis tools
