Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, multimedia messaging services (MMS), social media, and digital advertising.
Monitor the market landscape for competitive trends and competitor research.
Work closely with the marketing team to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure that all marketing materials are produced and distributed according to schedule.
Maintain and manage marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and dashboards. Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Track marketing expenses and assist in budget planning. Ensure that all marketing activities are within budget and provide regular budget reports.
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.

Required
3+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (GA4).
Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Experience managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
Solution-oriented, proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Preferred
Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, and conversion rate optimization.
Background in a fast-paced or startup environment.
