Responsibilities

Implements direct marketing and property specific campaigns through direct mail, email, and other channels.
Advises marketers on campaign management functionality and marketing best practices.
Ensures marketing business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, application functionality, or other resources as required.
Gathers business requirements for enhanced system functionality and effectively communicates the requirements to business partners.
Supports property marketing initiatives.
Manages and monitors the customer lifecycle including defining segmentation and communication strategies to increase customer engagement and interaction.
Develops and maintains a strong and productive relationship with corporate, property, information technology, and vendor contacts.
Leads development and execution of all cross-property marketing campaigns (including transient targeted occupancy campaigns).
Responds effectively to internal and external guest inquiries and resolves complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to senior leadership.
Notifies supervisor, senior management, and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
Manages the day-to-day operation of the Responsible Gaming Program.
Manages and provides day-to-day oversight of future team members, interns, or MAP program associates assigned to the department. Actively manages their scope of work and development.
Partners with Director to develop campaign and marketing plans.
Manages projects while ensuring they are produced on time and on budget; drives effective, efficient, and correct flow of communication to ensure the task is achieved.
Completes Campaign Request Forms while driving a culture of teamwork, integrity, excellence, and inclusion.
Stays current on key marketing trends, best practices, and destination or economic research (LVCVA data, ANA information, and relevant industry trends).

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field required.
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Campaign Database Marketing, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Project Management or related field.

Preferred

6+ Months of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
