Responsibilities
Create compelling and relevant content for marketing collateral, including proposals, brochures, website content, and social media updates. Tailor content to target different segments and audiences.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Create visually appealing and professional marketing collateral.
Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online directories. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation activities.
Develop lead generation strategies with the Relationship Manager to identify and capture potential clients. Coordinate with RM to nurture leads through the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and effective follow-up processes.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing activities, results, and recommendations to senior management.

Required
Minimum (5) five years in Marketing.
Ability to create creative, compelling, and professional visual graphics for all marketing materials.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficient in creative software, including InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and more.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Preferred
Technical writing skills with experience in proposal development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
CMAR experience a plus.
Knowledge of commercial construction industry trends and practices is a plus.
Experience in graphic design is a plus.
