Responsibilities

Oversee a variety of projects with timelines ranging from a few weeks to several months.

Utilize project management methodologies like 'Waterfall' and 'Agile Scrum' to manage and deliver projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Utilize tools such as 'Adobe Workfront' or similar project management software to manage workflows.

Ensure all projects align with corporate marketing strategies and goals.

Manage and resolve any project issues that arise to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.

Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.

Foster a positive work environment and help team members achieve their tasks by providing advice, guidance, and encouragement.

Understand and adapt to the fast-paced and changing environment of the Information Technology industry.

Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately for future reference and audits.

Required

Demonstrated proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage large, complex projects

Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to navigate project roadblocks

Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Preferred

Prior experience in the Information Technology industry is preferred
