Responsibilities
Managing all pre- and post-launch responsibilities, collaborating with multiple departments to meet client objectives.
Overseeing day-to-day management of advertising campaigns, including trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
Creating custom promotional plans and sharing content through various channels to ensure strong program engagement.
Analyzing program performance through digital marketing metrics and providing recommendations based on results.
Managing escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies, making decisions and taking mitigating actions as needed.
Providing product teams and marketing operations with user feedback and insights related to our internal tools and products.
Educating and guiding clients/partners on digital marketing best practices and proactively addressing areas for improvement.
Building relationships and asking the right questions to ensure successful program results.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred.
Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality.
Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player, with strong project management skills.
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
Results-driven team player with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
Preferred
Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and with marketing automation software or email service providers.
