Responsibilities
Collaborate: Partner closely with the CMO and marketing leadership team to craft, refine, and advance key initiatives, ensuring they are in lockstep with the company's overarching objectives.
Implement: Convert strategies into specific, actionable, and quantifiable plans, smoothly integrating these into operations.
Analyze: Undertake analysis of market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
Process Expertise: Develop and institute efficient cross-functional operational cadences, processes and frameworks to elevate organizational productivity and performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Report: Provide analysis and reporting on project outcomes, offering insights and recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team.
Innovate: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement, promoting process and system improvements. Evaluate AI tools to improve efficiency.
Manage: Manage Marketing OKRs and related operational processes such as Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.

Required
8+ years of proven experience in marketing program management and/or marketing operations
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related discipline)
The ability to convey complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences
Experience combining strategic, analytical thinking, with hands-on execution
Utilize data and metrics to communicate needs with the ease of a business unit owner
