Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners involved in marketing projects.
Ensure brand compliance across marketing materials and content management systems.
Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate reports with data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies using analytics tools.
Manage the marketing team's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel logistics.
Track project budgets, manage expenses, and oversee resource allocation.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, creating presentations, and managing databases.

Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing project coordination or similar roles.

Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
