Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Coordinate tasks across internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of creative assets, ad campaigns, and reporting.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with a clear understanding of their priorities and deliverables.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Host regular check-in calls with clients to review performance reports, discuss strategies, and align on next steps.
Work closely with creative strategists to manage the development and approval of ad creatives.
Partner with media buyers to monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and communicate adjustments to clients.
Ensure the data team has what they need to set up and maintain accurate tracking and reporting systems.
Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs to streamline internal and client-facing workflows.
Identify bottlenecks in project timelines and proactively address them to keep projects on track.
Ensure the timely delivery of performance reports to clients, with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Track project metrics (timelines, deliverables, budgets) to measure and improve operational efficiency.

Required

3+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or growth/paid media environment.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google Ads, and creative testing processes.
Understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and experience working with performance-driven campaigns.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to clients.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable navigating and managing Slack communications for team and client collaboration.
Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who can build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Passionate about delivering exceptional results and enhancing client satisfaction.
