Responsibilities

Work with our business partners to prepare content for the web, social media and email marketing

Use your knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram, to prepare engaging social content

Support coordination of marketing campaigns as needed

Assist with marketing communications, including branding, social media, thought leadership blogs and whitepapers, conferences and events, marketing collateral, and website design

Assist with management of all creative requests from the business including project management with design, content writers, and third-party agencies

Collaborate with the team on a part time 20 hour week contract

Required

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of full-time experience in marketing at a marketing or PR agency, high tech firm, financial services/banking institution, professional services, law firm, or similar organization

Experience coordinating social media, thought leadership, marketing collateral, website copy and event execution aspects, as well as project management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized, dependable and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple workflows

Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail

Ability to work with relatively little supervision
