Responsibilities
Develops/updates brand and unbranded marketing materials aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives.
Collaborates with team members to consider both indications when developing tactics.
Ensures marketing pieces are uploaded to the CRM platform and coordinates conference activities.
Analyzes digital and print material usage metrics for performance reporting.
Manages agency partners to ensure timely deliverables.
Develops partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Participates in the development of the annual brand plan.
Collaborates with brand leaders to measure the impact of tactics in the field.
Develops key marketing insights leveraging best practices.
Acts as a resource for team members with less experience.

Required
Ability to understand the target market at a high level
Broad understanding of regulatory rules and regulations
Ability to understand all elements of brand strategy and role in executing that strategy
Exhibits ownership and broad accountability for projects and internal assignments; understand when it is appropriate to flag issues to management
Ability to understand insights and the implications, and apply those insights to tactics, business problems, and opportunities
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, or closely related field(s) (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, ad agency, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related field
Typically requires 6 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
