Responsibilities

Event planning and program execution - Execution of event specific details to ensure all aspects are seamlessly integrated and run smoothly.

Detailed planning and organization of programed event

Logistics coordination between assisting parties

Lead scheduling calls and coordinating meetings between responsible parties

Collaborate with manager on execution of events

Post Event follow-up & Close-Out

Budget Management - Ensure accurate expense tracking, manage program invoices, log program expenses, and end of month reconciliation with Finance Team

Venue Sourcing and Coordination - Play an active role on identifying, sourcing, and evaluating event locations, ensure proposed locations meet event requirements and standards

Team Collaboration - Work closely with the existing team, acting as the third member, to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment

Analyze event and program metrics, providing detailed insights on return on investment (ROI) and overall event success to inform future planning

Travel as required, approximately 25% of the time, to support event planning and execution on-site.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related area of study

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, SmartSheets, and Teams

Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills

Basic accounting skills

Self-starter and self-motivated

Determined and motivated individual

Self-driven and able to work independently

Strong interpersonal skills and a people person
